Die cutting is the process when in result we get a carton product of usual or nonstandard form. It is provided with the hits of special stamp that cuts the paper product in planned path.
When making the packaging these options are available:
– Perforation of scoring lines, that makes the folding easier
– Scratching, that allows to avoid the creases on the face side of packaging.
The qualitative scratching is a light cutting of the folding line from the backside of the packaging.
